The prefabricated modules that are constructed in an off-site manufacturing plant are subject to quality control inspections that don't exist in conventional construction. Using assembly-line methods and skilled workers, each module is built to stringent building codes and goes through additional third party inspections.
Inspectors put their approval on every module, and then when the modules are assembled at the site, they are evaluated again. This rigorous process results in uncompromising standards of quality and safety.
